Respond to your information requests sent through the contact forms or any other communication media.

Manage your registration as a user on the platform and, once on it, process the orders and services you contract. Specifically, when you are a registered user on the platform, your data will also be used to maintain contact on any issues related to the management of your orders (requests, billing, collections and shipments), your profile and use of the platform.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent and the need to apply pre-contractual measures to respond to the queries raised, as well as, in the event of formalizing the user's registration as a member of the platform and contracting our products and/or services, the execution of the contract and the development of the contracted services.

3. CONSERVATION PERIOD

For no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment (including the obligation to keep them during the applicable prescription periods) and when they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The rights that assist the USER are:

Right to file a claim with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which they are responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
