WHO CAN PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS?
Our products and services are aimed exclusively at professionals and companies, so they cannot be purchased by private customers.
In order to start purchasing, it is necessary for your company, or you as a professional to register on our platform where we manage all the orders..

PRICE, DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
PRICE
The price of our products is the one indicated in each item in the different sections of the web.
The "Canary Rate" includes the Canarian alcohol taxes. And the "Peninsula Tariff" includes Spanish alcohol taxes.
These prices do NOT include VAT, or other taxes and fees applied on alcoholic beverages, that will depend on the place of destination of the goods. Regarding transport costs, it will be specified at the end of the purchase.
The delivery time will depend on the product purchased, and in any case, on the transport company once it has the goods for delivery on their behalf.
La “Tarifa Canarias” incluye los impuestos del alcohol canarios. Y la “Tarifa Península” incluye los impuestos del alcohol españoles.
En estos importes no se incluye el IVA, ni otros impuestos y tasas que sean de aplicación, que dependerá del lugar de destino En cuanto a los gastos de transporte se especificarán al finalizar la compra.
El plazo de entrega dependerá del producto adquirido, y en todo caso, de la empresa de transporte una vez ésta tenga en su poder la mercancía.
DELIVERY
The delivery time will be specified in each purchase depending on the product purchased, quantity, whether it's on stock or not and if the transport will be managed by the client or by AFFINITY DRINKS as indicated below.
All products will be delivered as specified in the purchase order. Therefore, once the purchase process is finished, the confirmation will be sent to the client with those details.
As for reception of the goods, you can choose between picking it up directly from AFFINITY DRINKS facilities or to send it to the address indicated.
How and when to receive my order?
To make the delivery of the goods possible, it is necessary that you provided us with the exact information to carry them out: full name, address, e-mail and telephone number where we can reach you, in order to contact you to establish the day and time of delivery.
We try to deliver the order as soon as possible, within the established period, but as an exception if there is any delay, we will notify you immediately by email.
In case if the order includes several items of different availability, the delivery period will be the one that corresponds to the longest one. In any case, from AFFINITY DRINKS we will be able to detail the order for you and first of all to deliver the available items and later on, the ones that arrive afterwards.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can only be made by bank transfer and must be made prior to shipment of the goods. Payment for the goods have to be made in any case prior to shipment. Without prejudice to its other rights, actions and other resources that may correspond to AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L., it may withdraw supplies and suspend any delivery until payment is received. In case if the payment is still pending, AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L., without prejudice to other rights and resources assisted, may cancel the order if it is not paid within a maximum period of 15 days. A default interest corresponding to that provided for in art. 7 of Law 3/2004, of December 29, which establishes measures to combat delinquency in commercial operations, and which will be payable by the client from the day following the expiration date. In case if the advance payment has not been made and the client has the products on it's possession, if before making the payment of those products, the client ceases its activity or makes an appointment of bankruptcy, AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L will have the right to access the premises or offices where the products are located and immediately recover possession of them.
If the customer wishes to purchase the goods that AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. do not have in stock, to make the reservation it will be necessary to pay a minimum deposit of 10% of the price corresponding to the entire order (Tax not included). Notwithstanding, this percentage may be higher when it is required by the particular case. Once AFFINITY DRINKS S.L. receives the goods requested by the client, it
will be communicated by email. Then the customer must proceed to pay the remaining 90% (Taxes not included). Without prejudice to other rights and resources assisted, if after 15 days after notice email, the client has not made the bank transfer with the payment of the remaining 90%, AFFINITY DRINKS S.L. will keep 10% paid by the client as compensation for damages caused by a reservation that has not finally been made effective.

If you are a company or professional and you want to know the price of the product or buy, you will need to be registered or register on our website. To log in or register, click on the figure that appears in the upper right section of the screen. A window will then appear where you can enter your username and password.
If you are not registered, click on the "register" section. Once inside you must add the following information: email, name, company name, company address, telephone number and password (confirm
password).

PROCESS YOUR ORDER
If you finally decide to buy the product(s), once added to the basket, you will then fill in the information regarding the address and shipping method, as well as the payment method, through the corresponding forms. Subsequently, we will need you to indicate the billing address, in the case of being the same address indicated above for shipping, you just have to click
to confirm. You will finally see an ORDER SUMMARY in which you can verify that it is really the one you wanted. With all this, all you need to do is read and accept these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE, as well as the PRIVACY POLICY.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
In addition to the order file that you can obtain through the page, you will receive an email with the details of the order. Unless proven otherwise, the proof of these operations will be given by the data collected by the Web, which will file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, to which you will have the right to access. The contract will be formalized in Spanish and, if you notice any error in it, you have 24 hours to notify us of the rectification by indicated email.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS
The products will be the property of the customer from:
(a) shipment to the agreed warehouse, if the goods are sold on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), or
(b) on collection or receipt of the warehouse transfer notice, where the goods are sold Ex-Works (EXW), or
(c) when the products are placed on the ship, where the products are sold Free on Board (FOB), or
(d) in shipment to an agreed port, when the goods are sold Cost, Insurance, Freight (CIF).
Ownership of the goods is not transferred to the customer until AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. has received full payment amount.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Are the products we offer always available?
The products offered through the web that are in stock they are already in our warehouse, products with a delivery date after the current one must be purchased from the reference suppliers and therefore there is a possibility of stock shortage. In the exceptional case of choosing a product that we do not have, you would receive an email informing you of this and, where appropriate, the possibility of changing it for another or acquiring it later.
In addition, through our website you can purchase products that are not in stock, the customer will be informed about it before the purchase. Once the reservation of the order has been made through the web, an email will be sent to the client, requesting to confirm the reservation, and proceed to make a deposit of 10% of the price corresponding to all the all the goods of the whole order (taxes not
included). Subsequently, the client will receive an email confirming the reservation, indicating an expected arrival date. Once AFFINITY DRINKS S.L. has in its possession the merchandise requested by the client, it will send you an email, indicating that you must pay the remaining 90% (taxes not included) by sending proof of payment to AFFINITY DRINKS.
Without prejudice to other rights that assist you, if after 15 days from the receipt of said email without the client having made the bank transfer with the payment of the remaining 90%, AFFINITY DRINKS S.L. will have the right to be awarded the 10% paid by the
client as compensation for damages caused by a reservation
that finally it has not been made effective. Verified that the bank transfer has been made correctly AFFINITY DRINKS will send the client an email confirming that they can pick up the merchandise at the agreed point or, where appropriate, the merchandise will be sent to the address indicated by the client .
WARRANTY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
What can I do if I receive the order in bad condition?
AFFINITY DRINKS undertakes to deliver products that are in perfect condition to businessmen and professionals, so it will be checked if the goods are damaged at the time of delivery of the product, always of transport has been contracted and is not the responsibility of the client. For this, the client is obliged to check the good condition of the order upon receipt, otherwise, he must indicate damages when signing the delivery note and notify AFFINITY DRINKS S.L. immediately, moreover, within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise. All claims must be made in writing to AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L., for this, an email must be sent to info@affinitydrinks.es. AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. shall not be liable to the client unless the client has
specified in the delivery note, the damaged product or defect that has been observed in the product, and in turn, sent an email to AFFINITY DRINKS within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the products.
AFFINITY DRINKS S.L. will send the client the claiming form that must be completed. All damaged products must be retained by the client so that AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. proceeds to its inspection within 4 weeks of receipt of
them. When AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. checks and confirms the claim is correct, AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. will refund the amount paid by the customer in relation to the products in question. However, unless proven otherwise, we presume that the products do
match its specifications. In addition, we will not be responsible if these lacks of conformity were known or could not have been ignored at the time the contract was signed, as well as those that originate from incorrect use or manipulation of the product.
WITHDRAWAL
Since the sale of the product is celebrated between professionals, there is no right of withdrawal, so there is no possibility of return.
FORCE MAJEURE
Due to an act of force majeure, all events beyond the reasonable control of AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. will be included. including, without limitation, fire, strikes, shipping company bankruptcy, wars, riots, civil disturbances, sub-supplier late or poor delivery, lack of labor and/or fuel, restriction of trade or currency , government intervention, any other that prevents the completion of the order, etc. If in compliance with its obligations, AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. suffers a delay or impediment due to circumstances of force majeure, the duty of the company to comply with its obligations will be suspended until circumstances allow the resumption of the
service. If compliance with the aforementioned obligations of AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. ceases to be profitable or impossible due to force majeure circumstances, AFFINITY DRINKS may terminate the contract with the customer.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By virtue of the provisions of European and national legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data you provide us will be incorporated into the treatments under the responsibility of AFFINITY DRINKS, S.L. in order to process the acquisition of products and their shipment, as well as their collection, billing and accounting. They will also be used to inform you about them or about issues related to the activity of the entity and its services, in addition to knowing the degree of satisfaction with us and sending you opinion surveys. Your consent and the execution of the contract legitimize the treatment of the data, which will be kept as long as they are necessary for the indicated purposes and to meet the corresponding legal obligations.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of the treatment and portability of the data by sending an email to info@affinitydrinks.com, proving your identity by means of a copy of your ID. If deemed appropriate, you can also file a claim with the corresponding control authority.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION
The sale is understood to be made in Spanish territory, so that for any interpretative or litigious questions that may arise, Spanish legislation will apply.
In case of controversy, both parties agree to submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction
of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
